Service Schedule Change

We have made some big changes in order to improve your collection service. We want to begin by apologizing for the inconvenience you have experienced in the past. Going forward, we want to be transparent regarding changes we’re making in an effort to improve our operations.

Effective September 18th, 2023, we proactively implemented a systemic overhaul of our collection routes to improve the collection of trash and recycling for each of our customers. This effort positions our drivers to service the same geographic regions on the same days of the week, allowing for additional waste pickup services should a pickup be missed, or in the event we need to deploy a contingency plan to ensure all customers are serviced on their service day.

We have enhanced our communications by rolling out online self-service technologies and updated our website. Please find interactive maps below, which allow residents to view their garbage and recycling collection days.

While confident in our collection routing changes, we ask that you bear with us as some of our team members are still learning their new routes. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact us so we can rectify the situation.

Please know that enhancing our customers’ experience with us is our number one priority. We appreciate your support and grace as we roll out these improvements, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with improved services in the future.
