We want to begin by apologizing for the inconvenience that our staffing shortages has caused over the last few months. Going forward, we will be transparent regarding changes that we’re making in an effort to improve our operations.
On September 18th, 2023, we are proactively implementing a systemic overhaul of our collection routes. This new routing strategy allows for the collection of trash and recycling to be more efficient. This effort prioritizes same day pickup and positions our drivers to service the same geographic regions on the same days of the week, allowing for additional waste pickup services should a pickup be missed.
We have enhanced communications by rolling out online self-service technologies and updated our website.
